The nights are definitely getting longer and my need for making my home even more cosy is increasing by the day, so today’s #12daysofchristmas treat is an easy DIY to make a super sparkly star garland to hang up in your home. You could put this over your fireplace, or going up a set of stairs, or around a picture frame – or anywhere really!
All you need is sparkly/shiny card, string and sellotape.
1. Cut out star shapes from some shiny card – I used some holographic silver card with a snowflake pattern and a star-shaped cookie cutter to make sure they were all the same size.
2. Cut a length of string.
3. Sellotape the stars to the string at small intervals.
4. Hang up your garland in your home.
Hope you’re enjoying this little #12daysofchristmas series, we’re now half way through and lots of treats still to come! Follow along on Instagram to be the first to see the new updates!
