I was so excited to receive the March edition of the Paperhaul stationery subscription through my letter box last week. As a lovely of all things stationery and paper, even from the brightly coloured sticker on the envelope I knew I was in for a treat!
Bright and bold was definitely the theme for this month’s collection, which hits you with a burst of pretty colour as soon as you open the envelope, containing a cute bundle of stationery all tied together with string.
The set of 3 mini cards were the first thing to catch my eye, they’re A7 size (with white envelopes included) and decorated on the front with a bold watercolour floral pattern – I don’t know why things become instantly cuter when they’re little but I definitely can’t wait to use them to send some happy mail to some friends! They’re printed on good quality watercolour-style paper stock and feel nice and sturdy.
Next up is a perfectly sized A6 ruled notebook which you can never have too many of. (My problem is making sure I finish my previous notebook before starting a new one!)
Also included is a lovely square greetings card with a bright pink floral watercolour painting on the front, it’s blank inside for your own message which is always a plus with greetings cards.
Finally, my favourite trio of cards are these gorgeous A6 postcards, each with a different floral pattern and different brush-lettered wording on the front. The back is printed like a traditional postcard with lines on the right hand side ready for an address. Although all the illustrations are different they complement each other really well and look great as a set of 3. The postcards are velvet laminated on the front which adds an extra luxurious touch.
Altogether I LOVE the combination of stationery in this month’s subscription and can’t wait to put it all to good use, paper and print is always a winner for me! 🙂
