Welcome to Paper Cafe! By placing an order with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We’ve kept things simple, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

1. About Us

Paper Cafe is a small, independent business dedicated to making thoughtful, eco-friendly stationery. All products are designed with care and packaged without plastic.

2. Ordering

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We aim to ship all orders by 1pm Monday to Friday, we’ll have it packed up and shipped second class the same day.

Orders after 1pm Monday to Friday will be sent second class the next day. Anything ordered over the weekend will be sent out on the Monday, unless it’s a Bank Holiday, in which case we’ll be back at it the next working day.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in [£) and include tax (if applicable). Payment is taken securely at checkout. We accept all major cards and other common payment methods.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide! Costs and delivery times vary based on your location. Email us at hello@papercafe.co.uk for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please read our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure everything is described and photographed accurately. If you feel something doesn’t match expectations, just get in touch, we’re happy to help.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product names, images, and written content on Paper Cafe are our original work and protected by copyright. Please don’t use them without permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled with care and never shared with third parties except for essential services (like shipping providers).
